Wool collecting machine collects wool fibres from centrifugal machine onto the net belt, forming a uniform layerof original wool fibre blanket, which is then transformed to pendulum wool allocating conveyor.

This crimping machine adopts multi-row rollers structure through various speeds to reallocate and pre-press the wool to improve tear resistance strength before entering into the curing oven.

This curing oven is one of our patents. It adopts durable and reliable two-layer structure and with high strength. It could be used to produce high density board. The patented chains for curing oven are durable and robust. The flights of curing oven have an advanced structure and designed with high strength and good ventilation of air and are not prone to damage the key components in the curing oven easily. The space between the upper and bottom layer could be adjusted freely within the range of 30-150mm (controlled by control cabinet).

The melt lava flows onto the centrifuge from the movable inclined flow channel and fiberize under the combination of high speed centrifugal force and high speed air stream. Meanwhile, the phenolic resin and dust-absorbing oil are sprayed onto the fiber which is blown to the wool collecting chamber after separation. The dust is removed. Two units of centrifuge are required for production, one for use while the other for backup. The rollers of centrifuge shall be cooled by cooling water and bearings must be lubricated with lubricating oil.

Qualified raw materials are discharged and stored at certain location. Partition wall and cement floor should be set up to avoid raw materials mixing and earth involvement. The raw materials are loaded to each of the designated hoppers by shovel loader then conveyed to conveyor with automatic weighing scale through the selection of vibrating feeder. After automatic weighing according to process requirement, the batched raw materials in the bucket when getting the charging signal are sent to the melting furnace. The shovel loader also serves to clean the waste materials apart from the loading functions.

The resin binded rock wool are laid in the wool collecting chamber under the force of high press air flow. The waste gas generated during the wool collection is exhausted out. The wool collecting chamber operates with a regular speed and conveys the wool to the pendulum which stretches the wool to form into a certain thickness.
