        The complete production line utilizes our latest innovation and design with the most advanced technology used around the world nowadays. The high speed centrifuge regulated by frequency inverter could ensure a better reduction in diameter of the fiber wool. The high duty and powerful structure of the curing oven applies internationally optimized design and consideration. The electric parts are controlled by PLC and touch screen which could dramatically improve the reliability of the equipments. The speed of centrifuge and other parts, the water temperature and etc could be displayed on monitor which could be automatically diagnosed and easily maintained.
        Rock wool production line consists of auto proportioning system, melting system (external combustor cupola and air supplying system), Fiber Forming System, binder spray system, collecting and allcotion system, board making system, cutting system, closed type de-dusting system, scrap recycling system, auto packing system, stacking system, central control system and non-standard system.
        Raw materials  : slag , basalt , diabase ,silica
        Assist materials : dolomite , pure lime stone , water soluble phenolic resin adhesive
        Fuels : coal , natural gas ,liquid gas
         

        Raw materials are filled automatically to the top of the cupola entrance.
        These objects melt and flow out from the bottom of the cupola into the fiber forming area.
        Under high pressure blowing and binder spraying, formed wool would be collected.
        Filamentous fibers were spun into cotton which conveyed through the rollers.
        After structure and density adjusted, they enter the curing oven.
        After cooling, longitudinal and horizontal cutting, stacking and packaging, the whole produce process is done.
        Environment friendly:Waste gas produced by the blast furnaces, spinning machine and curing chamber will pass through the filters to filter.
        After burning treatment:it was discharged through the chimney.The waste during the production process will be recycled.
